ZONE 2 Hike Request (Forest Heights and surrounding neighborhoods) :

NOTE: This is a new service area for us as of Spring 2018. During this first phase, we are only offering hikes in Zone 2 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as we fill up our schedule. Please feel free to send an email to centralbarkvan@gmail.com if you would like us to offer hikes on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. This will help us determine when to add those days to our schedule. Please note, if this is your dog's first home-pickup hike, you will need to be home when we arrive for the initial meet and greet. If your dog has never been in our care before, we'll need proof of vaccines and we'll do a quick temperament assessment as well.

We can gain entry using a hidden key, an unlocked door, or a coded entry system. Please be sure to deactivate your security system if you have one. Sorry, no large condo or apartment buildings where we would lose sight of the van for more than a minute.
CENTRAL BARK DOGGY DAYCARE, LLC SERVICE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS: *
Parties: Central Bark Doggy Daycare, LLC (Company) and Customer, as listed in the registration form above (Your name). Agreement: The Parties agree as follows: Customer understands that Company will be providing one or more of the following services: Dog daycare, overnight boarding, dog grooming, dog walking, dog shuttle, or in-home pet care. While Company will provide such services in a responsible, careful manner, Customer acknowledges that Company and its employees cannot be, and are not, liable in the unlikely event of injuries or damages. Waiver of Liability: Customer hereby releases Company and its employees from any liability, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, alleging injuries or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, pet injury, bodily injury, property damage, or property loss. Limitation of Time for Commencement of Claims: Customer agrees that any claim against Company or its employees, including but not limited to claims of negligence or breach of contract, alleging injuries or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, pet injury, bodily injury, property damage, or property loss, shall be barred unless asserted by the commencement of an action in a court of law within one year after any such cause of action arises. Limitation of Damages: Customer agrees that, in any event, the amount of damages or liability that Customer may recover from Company or its employees, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, alleging injuries or damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, pet injury, bodily injury, property damage, or property loss, is limited to the amount of $1,000.
